Offset printing

Offset printing
on an industrial scale.

Offset is the reference process when consistent colour, high definition and a low cost per unit are required in medium and long runs. We print on a four-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster press, on sheets up to 70 × 100 cm, with an inline coating unit. Every order is carried out under a documented procedure, certified to ISO 9001:2015.

Advantages

What offset delivers.

0.01

Colour repeatability

The same result from the first sheet to the last, and from the first order to the reprint.

0.02

Definition

Clean reproduction of small type, fine lines and halftones, critical for instructions for use and compliance text.

0.03

Economy of scale

The make-ready cost is spread over the quantity, so the cost per unit falls as the run grows.

0.04

Large sheet format

A 70 × 100 cm sheet carries more units per pass, with less waste and a shorter production time.

0.05

Range of substrates

From lightweight, low-grammage papers to packaging boards, from 40 to 400 g/m².

0.06

Inline coating

The coating is applied in the same pass as the printing and protects the printed surface during further processing and transport.

0.07

Special colours

Four-colour process (CMYK) and Pantone spot colours, where the corporate identity requires them.

Procedure

Control at every stage.

We use exclusively raw materials of European origin. Our inks and coatings are suitable for food packaging on all jobs, not only where the application requires it.

01

File check

Every file is checked before production for dimensions, bleed, colour model, resolution and fonts.

02

Order verification

Version, quantity and specifications are verified digitally through our platform before the production order is issued.

03

Proof approval

Printing starts only after the customer has approved the soft proof. On request, a certified contract proof to Fogra standards is also produced.

04

On-press control

Colour is measured with control instruments and, together with register, is checked at start-up and at regular intervals during the run.

05

Traceability

For every order the paper and ink lots are recorded and a Certificate of Conformity is issued.
