FAQ

Frequently asked questions
about your order.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For flyers, placemats and letterheads the minimum order is 5,000 units. For catalogues, brochures, magazines, books, folders and all other items it is 1,000 units. As an industrial offset printing plant, we serve medium and long runs only.

How long does an order take?

Our usual lead time is 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation. Additional finishing or converting may extend this. For jobs with special requirements, the schedule is agreed case by case.

Which regions do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Greece and to countries of the European Union through partner freight carriers. The entire collaboration, from file submission and proof approval to production tracking, is handled fully remotely. Transit time and freight cost are stated in the quote.

How do I request a quote?

Complete the quote request with the type of item, quantity, size, paper and colours. We reply with a technical proposal and costing.

What file format should I supply?

A print-ready PDF in CMYK, with 3 mm bleed and embedded fonts. Full details in our file specifications.

How do I send my files?

By email to [email protected]. For large files, send a download link (e.g. WeTransfer) to the same address.

Do you design the artwork?

No. Terzidis Print is a production plant and receives print-ready files from the client or their designer. Every file is checked before production.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. Production always starts after approval of a soft proof. Where a binding colour reference is required, we produce a Fogra-based contract proof. See our article on proofs.

What is the maximum sheet size, and which papers do you print?

We print on sheets up to 72 × 102 cm, on paper and board from 40 to 400 gsm, coated and uncoated.

Do you print food packaging?

Yes. We use food-grade inks and coatings exclusively on every job, with raw materials of European origin, full traceability and a certificate of conformity with every order. More under food packaging.

Is finishing done in-house?

Yes. Folding, binding, die-cutting, foil blocking, embossing, coating and lamination are all carried out within our plant. See finishing and converting.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Clients with an account can follow the production stage, their file and all order details online through the customer login.

Are you ISO certified?

Yes, our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The certificate is available on request from [email protected].
