This policy describes how TERZIDIS PRINT IKE collects and processes personal data through the website terzidis.gr, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek law.

2. What data we collect
- Quote request details: company name, name of the contact person, email, telephone, job specifications and, if attached, the print file.
- Contact details: whatever you disclose to us when you contact us by email or telephone.
- Technical data: IP address and connection data, recorded automatically for the security and proper operation of the website.
We do not request or process special categories of personal data.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to quote requests and fulfilling orders: steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Tax and accounting obligations: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Website security and protection against misuse: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not take automated decisions concerning you.
4. Recipients
Your data are not sold and are not passed on to third parties for their own purposes. Access is limited to our authorised staff and to partners acting on our behalf under a duty of confidentiality, such as hosting, email and accounting providers, and to public authorities where required by law.
To protect forms against automated abuse and to display fonts, the website uses Google services (reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts). When these are used, technical data such as the IP address may be transferred to Google, including outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.
5. Retention period
Quote request data are kept for as long as is needed to respond and for any business relationship that follows. Order and transaction data are kept for as long as tax and commercial law requires. After these periods the data are securely deleted.
6. Print files
The files you send us are used exclusively for the order for which they were sent and are stored on protected infrastructure, with controlled access.
7. Order tracking platform
Customers with an active account have access to the order platform with personal login details. The platform holds their account and order data, so that we can fulfil our contract with them.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. To exercise them, contact [email protected]. We reply within one month of receiving the request.
If you consider that the processing of your data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Cookie policy
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website.
