At Terzidis Print, quality is assured through procedures applied across all production, from receipt of the order to delivery. The aim is to catch any error before it reaches the press.
Six principles, on every order.
ISO 9001:2015 certification
The company’s quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The prepress, printing, finishing and purchasing procedures are documented and audited.
Order verification
Every order is verified at each stage through our proprietary order and production management platform. File version, artwork and quantity are confirmed before printing. Production starts only after the customer has approved the soft proof.
Food-grade inks and coatings
Only food-grade inks and coatings are used across all production, regardless of the type of job. There is therefore no change of materials between jobs.
Material traceability
European raw materials, lot recording for paper and inks, Certificate of Conformity with every order.
Colour fidelity
Plates are produced digitally (CtP), with electronic imposition. Colour is measured with control instruments throughout the run, so that the result is the same in every reprint. On request, a certified contract proof to Fogra standards is also produced.
Waste reduction
Optimised imposition and early detection of errors reduce paper waste. The benefit is twofold: lower cost and a smaller environmental footprint.
Digital records and file security.
The quality management system of Terzidis Print operates entirely digitally. Every order is recorded electronically from receipt of the file to delivery.
- Electronic quality records. The ISO 9001:2015 procedures and records are kept electronically and are available per order.
- Version history. For every job we keep a record of which version was printed, when, and under which approval.
- Secure storage. Customer files are stored on protected infrastructure, with controlled access.
- Confidentiality. Files are used exclusively for the order for which they were sent.
