When several designs are printed on the same sheet, the colour of one affects all the others. Usually, one design ends up compromised for the sake of another.
True-Up™ is the method we developed for gang runs, so that every design on the sheet is printed with high, consistent colour fidelity.
Colour is controlled throughout the run, so that it remains consistent from the first sheet to the last and is reproduced in every reprint.
The layout of the designs on the sheet is optimised to make maximum use of the surface. Material loss at cutting is reduced, with a benefit in cost and in environmental footprint.
