Offset printing

Offset printing
at industrial scale.

Offset is the reference method when consistent colour, high definition and a low unit cost are required in medium and long runs. We print on a four-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster perfecting press: both sides are printed in a single pass, on sheets up to 72 × 102 cm, with an inline coating unit. Every order follows a documented procedure, certified to ISO 9001:2015.

Advantages

What offset delivers.

0.01

Colour consistency

The same result from the first sheet to the last, and from the first order to the reprint.

0.02

Definition

Clean reproduction of small type, fine lines and halftones, critical in instructions for use and compliance text.

0.03

Economy of scale

Make-ready cost is spread across the run, so the unit cost falls as the quantity grows.

0.04

Large sheet format

The 72 × 102 cm sheet carries more units per pass, with less waste and a shorter production time.

0.05

Range of materials

From lightweight papers to packaging boards, 40 to 400 g/m².

0.06

Inline coating

The coating is applied in the same pass as the print and protects the printed surface through finishing and transport.

0.07

Spot colours

Four-colour process (CMYK) and Pantone spot colours, where the corporate identity requires them.

0.08

Two-sided printing in one pass

Front and back are printed in the same pass, with the sheet turned inside the press: consistent colour and front-to-back register, less sheet handling, a shorter lead time.

Every file is checked before production for dimensions, bleed, colour mode, resolution and fonts.

02

Order verification

Version, quantity and specifications are verified digitally through our platform before production is released.

03

Proof approval

Printing starts only after the customer approves the soft proof. On request, a certified contract proof is produced to Fogra standards.

04

Press check

Colour is measured with control instruments and, together with register, is checked at start-up and at regular intervals throughout the run.

05

Paper and ink lots are recorded for every order and a certificate of conformity is issued.
